Overview
Built an end-to-end automated NPS reporting pipeline in Microsoft Fabric, with Power BI semantic modelling and DAX KPI logic. Managers refresh decision-ready reporting from just three inputs, so the reporting stays current without manual rebuilds.
Added safety guards, target projections, trend-direction cues and a volatility indicator for stability tracking, so the numbers are not only accurate but also tell managers how reliable a movement is before they act on it.
