Created a one-page Power BI lookup tool in Microsoft Fabric, with DAX calculations for pricing and promo savings, so consultants could find the right answer mid-conversation rather than digging through systems.
It accelerated frontline deal conversations and helped consultants exceed KPIs by about 16%. The build also leaned on clean metric definitions agreed with store leaders and area managers, with governance-minded guardrails so non-technical users could trust the numbers.
