Delivered a Salesforce to Excel to Power BI sales-performance pipeline across eight stores and eight core products, with DAX cohort benchmarking, run-rate against required run-rate, PACE scoring and a daily refresh. The pipeline turned raw CRM exports into a daily picture managers could act on.
The work lifted the store rating from two stars to three stars in August 2025, breaking a four-month low-performance streak and earning management recognition.
